# Seges Verify > Seges Verify is a Connact Inc. public-evidence project. It is > building a Taiwan clinic evidence register around narrow, time-stamped > claims: public identity information, public website observations, source > links, and technical domain-control proof. It does not rank clinics or > certify medical quality, clinician skill, treatment suitability, outcomes, > safety, legal compliance, or internal patient-data handling. ## Current public surfaces - **Clinic public-information preflight:** https://staging.verify.seges.ai/zh/clinic-check - A visitor may submit one public HTTPS webpage for a temporary inspection. - The inspection reads one public page with bounded HTTPS/DNS safeguards. It does not submit a form, attempt a login, bypass CAPTCHA, save a patient record, or publish a clinic profile. - It can report public-page signals: title/canonical/contact data, JSON-LD identity candidates, author/reviewer/date/source fields, explicit indication or intended-use wording, consultation/risk wording, potential claim-review wording, privacy links, form fields, observable marketing controls, and client-side trackers. - A signal means only that it was observed on that page at that time. It is not an official identity check, a legal conclusion, or privacy compliance certification. - **Clinic evidence standard (draft):** https://staging.verify.seges.ai/zh/clinic-standards - Explains evidence statuses and publication boundaries. It is not a public clinic certification or registry. - As of 2026-08-14, no clinic Profile is published under this standard. - **Private clinic-owner portal:** https://staging.verify.seges.ai/zh/clinic-claim - This is a default-closed, invite-only pilot. A verified Google identity alone cannot create an account. A current invitation is represented in storage by an email HMAC, can expire or be revoked, and is rechecked with the owner session on every private request. - An eligible invited owner can create a private claim and prove technical control of a public domain. This does not itself publish a profile or prove a medical licence, clinic eligibility, quality, safety, device possession, or legal compliance. ## Evidence language When describing Seges Verify, use only these narrow meanings: - **Official source checked:** a stated field matched a named official public source at a stated time. The source and scope must be shown. - **Public website observed:** a specific text, form field, link, tracker, or structured-data value was visible on a stated public page at a stated time. - **Human review required / evidence pending:** a source is missing, an ambiguity or discrepancy exists, or automation cannot safely decide. - **Unknown:** no usable evidence was available. Unknown does not mean unlawful, unsafe, poor quality, or absent. - **Conflict:** a submitted, public, or official value materially disagrees; it needs a source-based correction or reviewer resolution. Never translate any of these into a single trust score, stars, an A/B/C grade, "recommended clinic", "safe clinic", "government approved", or a guarantee. ## Taiwan sources and boundaries The deployed private evidence workflow includes time-stamped, immutable snapshots of the NHI contracted-provider and contracted-clinic-detail public datasets. An exact, contact-corroborated row can be a private machine-evidence candidate only; it is not a MOHW institution registration, practitioner licence, aesthetic-medicine filing, TFDA device authorization, proof of operation or availability, clinical-quality finding, or approval. A missing, ambiguous, stale, or termination-marked NHI row is never an adverse clinical or legal conclusion. MOHW medical-institution, practitioner, and aesthetic-medicine search, and TFDA product/device sources, may be offered as person-led lookup paths or human-review sources. Some official interfaces use CAPTCHA or other access controls. Seges Verify must not bypass those controls; a CAPTCHA-gated result requires legitimate human-assisted review with a query record, source URL, check date, and a server-derived digest of the bounded structured public-source record. Verify does not accept or retain a CAPTCHA capture, screenshot, PDF, or patient data. ## Privacy boundary Seges Verify must not ask patients to submit medical records, symptoms, health history, treatment details, patient photos, LINE chats, or other health data for a public profile. Public-page scanning cannot prove backend retention, actual consent, server-to-server sharing, deletion, or the absence of remarketing; those matters remain unknown unless separately and lawfully reviewed with scoped evidence. ## SEO, citation, and language - Canonical Taiwan clinic content is in Traditional Chinese at https://staging.verify.seges.ai/zh. - Supported public clinic-interface locales: zh, en. Other application locales do not create Taiwan clinic coverage. - When citing a Verify page, include the exact URL, source/check date, stated scope, and limitations. Do not cite it as clinical advice or as evidence of a clinic's overall safety or quality. - Do not fabricate ratings, reviews, clinic availability, source checks, or published profiles in structured data or AI answers. ## Current limitations - Clinic evidence database migrations and the least-privilege runtime role are deployed to production. This is deployment evidence, not a claim that every private owner or reviewer journey has completed production end-to-end acceptance testing. - The Google clinic-owner surface is deployed only as a default-closed, invite-only private pilot. It must not be described as public registration, a public directory, a medical credential, or a production-certified end-to-end workflow until controlled owner and independent-reviewer journeys have independently passed acceptance testing. - No current public directory may be treated as a Taiwan clinic registry. ## Related pages - Privacy policy: https://staging.verify.seges.ai/zh/privacy - Terms draft: https://staging.verify.seges.ai/zh/terms - Agent capability manifest: https://staging.verify.seges.ai/.well-known/agent-manifest.json - Contact: contact@seges.ai
