As of 2026-08-15, only the public website preflight is immediately available for free. The private owner portal is an invite-only, default-closed pilot rather than public registration; commercial cases, public Profiles, and paid maintenance are not open until evidence custody, expiry governance, data-rights handling, and independent-review operations have passed acceptance.

Commercial firewall: payment can buy process, never conclusion.

It cannot buy passage, ranking, a favourable conclusion, hidden gaps, deleted history, or a faster official identity decision.
Website, content, SEO, and marketing work may not decide the evidence status or reviewer conclusion for the same case.
A missing public record, CAPTCHA-gated official source, name conflict, or non-contracted NHI status remains unknown or human-review-required, never an adverse label.

Why is there no monthly price or checkout yet?

A recurring fee introduced before evidence custody, expiry, and challenge handling are operational can imply that a payment purchases a trust outcome. A commercial programme must first define an executable scope, retention, reviewer responsibility, source limits, update cadence, and exit path. Until then, the free preflight and private workflow status are the only honest entry points.

The three questions a clinic should ask first

Will a free preflight publish my clinic result?

No. It returns a one-time browser-visible result, creates no public clinic Profile, and does not write the result to a clinic case.

Can I pay for a pass, badge, or better search ranking?

No. Seges Verify offers no clinic score, stars, public badge, or medical-outcome certification. A future fee could cover only auditable process and maintenance work.

When will a formal programme open?

Only after the private workflow has controlled owner/reviewer end-to-end acceptance, traceable evidence custody and expiry governance, and usable data-rights, challenge, and legal-review processes.
