Terms of Service

Last updated: August 14, 2026

These terms do not package unfinished capability as commercially reliable service terms. The private workflow is deployed, but until role-specific, legal, and public-governance acceptance is complete, rely only on the scope expressly stated here.

1. Draft status and scope

This is a website-terms draft pending Taiwan legal review. It covers only Verify's currently public website and one-time public website preflight. It does not create a medical service, clinic rating, public clinic directory, or medical-certification relationship.

2. What Verify currently does and does not provide

The public preflight observes visible information fields and technical signals on a public HTTPS page supplied by the user. It does not determine clinical quality, treatment outcome, practitioner skill, safety, individual suitability, internal data handling, or legal compliance. An unavailable public record does not mean absence, illegality, or poor quality.

3. Permitted use and data limits

Do not submit medical records, symptoms, test results, images, identity documents, LINE conversations, or any other patient data. Do not bypass technical controls, run abusive scans, impersonate a rights holder, or use this site to imply that a clinic has government, medical, or safety endorsement.

4. Private clinic-owner workflow

The private clinic-owner workflow is a default-closed, invite-only pilot; Google/Firebase identity alone never creates an account. A current invitation can expire or be revoked, and each private request rechecks access state and session epoch. The workflow uses Google/Firebase identity plus domain-control proof to open a private case. It is not a public directory, public application, publication, or medical-certification commitment. Role-specific end-to-end acceptance, an external challenge service, public version/revocation history, data-retention acceptance, and Taiwan legal review remain incomplete; it must not be described as a fully verified public service.

5. Sources, corrections, and independence

If Verify later creates a public evidence profile, every conclusion must carry its source, check date, scope, limitation, and correction path. Payment must not buy passage, ranking, a favourable conclusion, hidden gaps, or record removal. This policy becomes externally reliable only when implemented in a working process and contract.

6. Liability and contact

This website is provided as is and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or individual decision advice. For factual errors, data concerns, or security reports, contact contact@seges.ai. Governing law, jurisdiction, and the complete rights and obligations remain pending legal review.
